Jonathan E. Mayer joined Cohen, Willwerth & Marraccini in August 2014. In addition to the firm’s core business of landlord representation, he handles bankruptcy, boundary disputes, trespass and nuisance claims, premises liability defense, ejectment actions, actions to quiet title, and fair housing complaints. He is also a licensed instructor for the PAA Central Real Estate School for Fair Housing classes.
Jonathan is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, United States District Court for the Eastern District Pennsylvania, and United States District Court for the district of New Jersey. He graduated cum laude from the Temple University, Beasley School of Law in 2013. He is an avid fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and Villanova Wildcats. When not in the office, he enjoys reading, running, and spending time with his wife, Colleen and their young son.
