Cohen Marraccini is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew R. Bradley to the role of Junior Partner. In his new position, Matthew will play a larger role in the development of the firm, while continuing to appear on various matters in Court. Prior to this exciting transition, Matthew served as the managing attorney at CM, which included mentoring of a team of associate attorneys in addition to handling the firm’s extensive landlord and tenant caseload. A proven litigator, Matthew has extensive courtroom experience and epitomizes the values of the firm.
Matthew graduated from Rutgers Law School in 2014. He subsequently completed a one-year judicial clerkship with the Hon. H. Matthew Curry in New Jersey’s Vicinage XIII. Immediately following his clerkship, Matthew accepted a position as Staff Attorney at Legal Services of Northwest Jersey where he specialized in Landlord/Tenant matters and presented numerous seminars on the topic. Matthew continues to provide legal education on the subject of landlord/tenant law as a panelist for the New Jersey Apartment Association and for various judiciary-sponsored events. Additionally, Matthew was recently appointed by the National Apartment Association as the designated lease attorney for the state of New Jersey. He is admitted to the state bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the United States District Courts of New Jersey and the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, and the United States Supreme Court.
