Managing Attorney – Landlord Tenant (NJ & PA)
Cohen Marraccini is a client-minded, law firm located in southern Bucks county and specializing in landlord/tenant matters. We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to fulfill the role of Managing Attorney, who is currently licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The position will require the management and supervision of our team of dynamic associate attorneys, as well as providing strategic legal guidance to clients, ensuring quality control and accuracy of filings, and representing clients in court when necessary. The ability to handle complex litigation when necessary is a plus.
The successful candidate will be barred in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with a minimum of three (3) years courtroom experience. A proven ability to manage others, excellent written, verbal and courtroom advocacy abilities. The ability to manage high volume caseloads and strong organizational skills are a must.
Associate Attorney – Landlord Tenant (DE)
Cohen Marraccini is a client-minded law firm which specializes in landlord/tenant matters. Our multi-state practice entails representation of our clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. We are seeking a driven individual to handle our Delaware caseload, and to build upon our established and growing client base there. The position will require providing strategic legal guidance to clients, engaging in settlement negotiations and providing representation in Court.
The successful candidate will be barred in Delaware with a minimum of one (1) year of courtroom experience. In addition to Delaware, licensure in New Jersey and Pennsylvania are highly desirable. The ability to manage high volume caseloads and strong organizational skills are a must.
