Associate Attorney – Landlord Tenant (DE, PA or NJ)
Cohen Marraccini is a client-minded law firm which specializes in landlord/tenant matters. Our multi-state practice entails representation of our clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. The position will require providing strategic legal guidance to clients, engaging in settlement negotiations and providing representation in Court.
The successful candidate will be barred in DE, PA or NJ with a minimum of one (1) year of courtroom experience. The ability to manage high volume caseloads and strong organizational skills are a must.
