We are experienced draftsmen, and we know how to amend the association’s governing documents for the better. Our firm also protects the association’s interests in filing civil actions against unit owners for nonpayment of condominium dues and assessments. We then know how to collect those dues – whether by simply negotiating a payment arrangement, or foreclosing on the unit. Once a money judgment is obtained, our Collections Department can execute on the judgment and, if necessary, institute foreclosure proceedings on the property.
