Joseph joined Cohen Marraccini, LLC in March 2024. Joseph is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania. He received his J.D. from Widener Commonwealth School of Law in 2017 and a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Bloomsburg University in 2014. Following law school, Joseph worked for MidPenn Legal Services where he represented clients in a variety of legal matters including landlord/tenant matters. He then took a Victim of Crimes Act (VOCA) role with Laurel House, located in Montgomery County. While in his role as a VOCA Attorney, Attorney Donegan represented victims of Domestic Violence in a variety of family law matters.
