Associate Attorney (PA or NJ)
Responsibilities:
-Negotiate and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and settlements
– Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
– Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
– Prepare legal briefs, motions, and pleadings
– Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
– Collaborate with colleagues and senior attorneys on complex cases
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
Experience:
– Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
– Admission to the state bar association
– Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and regulations
– Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
