Michael is an Associate Attorney at Cohen Marraccini, LLC. Prior to joining Cohen Marraccini, LLC, Michael served as an Associate Attorney with Goldstein Kelin LLC (formerly Feinstein Raiss Kelin Booker & Goldstein LLC). There, Michael gained extensive litigation experience representing commercial and residential multi-property owners, managers, and developers in landlord/tenant litigation, commercial litigation, housing discrimination, debt collection, municipal court, and appeals before municipal agencies, county construction boards, and the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.
Earlier in his career, Michael was an Associate at Tobia & Sorger, Esqs. where he concentrated on labor and employment law representing employers, primarily in the construction industry. Michael also represented employees in claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under both federal and state laws.
Michael was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School. While in law school, Michael worked for law firms representing the Township of Little Falls, New Jersey and the Planning and Zoning Board for Bloomingdale, New Jersey.
Michael has been a member of the New Jersey bar since 2010, the New York bar since 2017 and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
