Michael Curry, Esq.

Michael joined Cohen Marraccini as an associate attorney in January 2026. Michael is admitted to practice in New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Superior Court Law Clerk to the Honorable Kevin M. Shanahan, Assignment Judge for Hunterdon, Warren, and Somerset counties, where he gained extensive experience in motion practice, legal research, and courtroom procedure. He then worked as an associate attorney at a personal injury firm, helping clients recover millions of dollars in settlements.

Michael earned his J.D. from Penn State University School of Law in 2023. During law school, he was active in the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, serving as Vice President and Events Chair, and participated in the Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic, where he advised small business clients. Michael also worked as a certified legal intern for Coehn Marraccini from 2022-2023.

He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, with a minor in Entrepreneurship, from Penn State University in 2019, where he spent three seasons as an NCAA Division I football walk-on at both Penn State and the University of Rhode Island.

In addition to his legal practice, Michael is the founder of Curry Athlete Management Agency, where he represents professional & collegiate athletes, and advises them on contract negotiations and career strategy.
