Will joined Cohen Marraccini, LLC in March 2021. Will is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Will received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2009 and a Bachelors of Engineering in electrical engineering from Vanderbilt University in 2003. Prior to joining Cohen Marraccini, Will practiced intellectual property law with a focus on patent and trademark application preparation and prosecution and has significant experience providing due diligence support for mergers, acquisitions, and licensing agreements.
Will spends most of his free time with his wife and children at their Allentown home. When not at the office, Will can be found coaching children’s sports, attending minor league baseball games (Go Iron Pigs!), and spinning high fantasy tales of heroism as a Dungeons & Dragons game master.
